Aid to Domestic Tourism in 2009-2010 Focusing on the "Kudy z nudy" Projekt

The subject of this bachelor thesis is from the field of tourism, concretely the support of domestic tourism in the Czech Republic. The first part is a theoretic introduction into the topic of services marketing, which differs a lot from the classic goods marketing. The next part contains a summary of the current state of domestic tourism in the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis, however, focuses on activities, which were performed in year 2009 and 2010 to support domestic tourism, from creating of a logo and an advertising slogan for the Czech domestic tourism, to a contest for the best tourist activity. Most of the attention was given to the Tips for Trips project. The thesis compares the current and the previous versions of the web portal www.kudyznudy.cz, assesses the project's activities on the Facebook social network and it also describes the Tips for Trips publishing activities and annual Tips for Trips contest. In 2010 the project was supported by a large advertising campaign, which is also mentioned in the thesis. There is a detailed analysis of television sport and printed advertising, along with evaluation of the campaign's effectiveness. Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction in the Area of the Services B2B

The master thesis is focused on a new industry of marketing – customer experience in the field of telecommunication services B2B. The theoretical part describes, analyzes and summarizes the basic concepts of information sources in the literature concerning the topic of customer satisfaction. In the analytical part the general theoretical basis and internal information of Vodafone Czech Republic are used for marketing research. On the base of obtained information are created proposals for Sales and Care deparments of B2B clients to increase customer satisfaction.
Comparison of Air Bank's and ČSOB's Marketing Communication

After 2010, several low-cost banks were founded in the Czech Republic. Thanks to their strategy and customer approach, these banks considerably differed from traditional banks established on the Czech market in the 1990s. Especially in large cities, the new banks quickly gained popularity and started stealing clients from the traditional banks, which have thus seen a severe loss of clients. This diploma thesis compares one new and one traditional bank - Air Bank and ČSOB. It explores the differences in their marketing communication and surveys clients to see what makes people leave ČSOB and join Air Bank. Based on the data collected, the thesis gives a set of recommendations for both banks to improve their situation in the future.
Marketing strategy of selected tourism company

The diploma thesis analyses Sportovní a rekreační zařízení města Ostravy, s.r.o. from a marketing perspective. The main goal is to report on the status and trends of marketing activities of the company and suggest possible improvements. The theoretical part defines a general marketing and specifics of marketing in services. In the practical part, the situation analysis evaluated the macro environment and microenvironment and costumer focused marketing research was conducted. Then the status of existing marketing toolkit is analysed. The core of the thesis is to assemble marketing strategy regarding the facts that have been emerged from the situational analysis.
Marketing mix of the multiplex CineStar in České Budějovice

In its theoretic part this bachelor thesis deals with development of multiplexes, describes current state of multiplex market in the Czech republic, specifies the terms marketing and marketing mix and focuses on marketing in the service sector. In the practical part it focuses on marketing mix of a particular multiplex -- CineStar České Budějovice. The aim of this thesis is to analyse each component of marketing mix, evaluate it, eventually suggest possible solutions.
Marketing strategy of a selected tour operator

The objective of the thesis "Marketing strategy of a selected tour operator" is to get acquainted with the marketing strategy of MILE tour operator aiming to propose possible improvements based on carried analysis. The first part includes general theories of marketing and its specifics in tourism. The second part is the application of this theory into practice, starting with the basic characteristics of MILE tour operator, followed by analysis of its standing in the tourism market including analysis of external and internal environment, analysis of competitors and own questionnaire research. The next part contains analysis of the tour operator's current marketing strategy. The thesis results in concrete suggestions to improve market targeting, setting goals, selecting a marketing strategy and marketing mix.
